As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. Reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy, and I strive to create an environment that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR and DBT, to help you process difficult experiences, better understand your emotions, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of support, we will work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I have a special focus on supporting caregivers who may be experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, or a loss of connection to themselves. I also work with couples who are looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional connection in meaningful and lasting ways.
Above all, I believe therapy is about creating space for healing, growth, and self-understanding—so you can move forward with greater clarity, balance, and a deeper sense of well-being.
Since earning my Master of Social Work in 2019, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings.
